We recently purchased a new Jayco Jay Flight 27 BH travel trailer from Richardson's RV Center in Riverside, CA. The shopping experience was pleasant and low key from beginning to end. Prior to our visit to Richardson's we checked out many other RV dealers in Southern California.
Those experiences ranged from uninteresting to downright repulsive! In contrast, the folks at Richardson's were polite, pleasant, professional and not once did we feel pressured by them. Their prices are great too! For those of you that don't smoke (like us), you will really appreciate the complete lack of cigarette smoke at this dealership! Other dealerships literally left us rushing home to shower off the smell... Our salesperson was Skip, and we highly recommend him. Helping to finalize the deal was Tammy the finance person and Raymond the General Manager. Both were very nice and a pleasure to work with! If you've ever purchased a vehicle, you know the folks that hold those positions can be borderline criminal. Not so at Richardson's! For example, they accidentally charged us for an item we decided against. They called us to inform us of the overcharge, and that they would make the correction! Based on our experience we'd say they are honest and operate with integrity. You can check their website out here:
