TrailManor travel trailers are ideal for people who want to step up from a tent trailer, but don't want the difficult towing of a conventional travel trailer. If you compare TrailManor to other products, we are half the weight of all the others. This weight reduction is the product of ground up engineering using aircraft technology and materials. Walls are made from light insulating polystyrene foam sandwiched between aluminum for exceptional strength. There is no particleboard anywhere. Floors and even countertops are also foam filled, which costs more to build but dramatically reduces towing weight.
